According to a recent Yahoo weather reports The Northern Lights have petered out during the second half of this decade, becoming rarer than at any other time in more than a century, the Finnish Meteorological Institute said Tuesday.
In essence, The Northern Lights (also known as Aurora Borealis) are dimming. As a numerologist, I did the numbers on this phenomena. Here is what I observed from a numerological and universal perspective:
Northern Lights comes to an 8 – In the Old Testament, the number 8 is that of eternal and continuous spiral motion, which is constant throughout the universe. The number 8 on its side is the symbol for infinity and means as above, so below – it is the symbol of power. In the New Testament, 8 stands for involution and evolution. It is the number for cycles of ebb and flow, infinity, rhythm, advancement, strength and confidence.
Aurora Borealis comes to a 6 – The number 6 is the number of balance, harmony and beauty. The 6 expresses universal love and leads to illumination and is adept to the prevailing environment. This number represents dependability and service and is considered a perfect number. There is the hope that the 6 will continue with the dependability and the service of the essence tha Aurora Borealis provides universally.
100 year low – With the number 1 we have unity and purpose. The zero symbolizes the limitless light of creation, unbounded space and the primordial source – so 2 zeros is a double activation of the 1 which gives rise to the notion that the unity and purpose of the northern lights will rebound at some point in time and continue to grace our planet with its beauty and purpose.
The Northern lights or Aurora Borealis follow an 11 year-cycle – The number 11 is a master number and master numbers are those numbers (11, 22, 33) that possess more potential than other numbers and are highly charged. The number 11 walks the edge between greatness and self-destruction – it is about intuitive understanding and of spiritual truths. Therefore, the number 11 is not so much about logic but having faith – faith that the cycles will continue. Some intuit believed that the spirits of their ancestors could be seen in the northern lights.
The cycle peak was in the year 2003 which comes to a 5 – The number 5 represents adventure, experience and uncertainty. In the Old Testament, the number 5 represented the four elements — earth, water, fire and air. The fifth essence was ether or spirit. Five became the number of humanity with the five developed senses. With a peak cycle in 2003, the number 5 can represent the beginning of the experience of uncertainty of this spirit which has bathed the universe with a spiritual essence we have become accustomed to.
The station on Norway’s Svalbard island near the North Pole – showed that the Northern Lights were visible almost every single night of the auroral season. Norway comes to the number 33/6 and North Pole comes to the number 51/6. Both of these numbers reduce to the number 6. This tells me that the balance, harmony and beauty of the number 6 will continue for some time to come. It’s not over yet.
The solar minimum was in 2008 which comes to a 10/1 – The number 1 in the New Testament is the zero made more manifest – it is the self, independence and unity. “In the beginning was the Word…and the Word was God” – John 1:1)
That figure has fallen to less than 50 percent – here we have the number 50/5. The number 50 is the higher octave of the number 5 and is very versatile. Again, the number 5 represents change and uncertainty.
According to Finnish metrological researcher, Partamies, “We’re waiting to see what happens, is the next maximum going to be on time, is it going to be late, is it going to be huge?”
